Job Summary

This role involves acting as an Engineering Quality Manager for Airbus Defence and Space in Manching, focusing on ensuring adherence to high quality standards within engineering processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring process execution and key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing trends, and defining necessary corrective and preventative actions. The manager will be responsible for selecting, developing, implementing, and overseeing quality and improvement methods and tools, while also supporting the definition and implementation of internal and external quality standards. A successful candidate must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace, or a comparable field, coupled with professional experience in structural areas, mechanical systems, and test facilities.
