Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on R&D Chemical Laboratory Technician or Chemical-Technical Assistant to join a pioneering company focused on sustainable chemistry, utilizing CO2 instead of phosgene for specialized isocyanate production. The role, based in Bitterfeld-Wolfen, involves the synthesis of organic building blocks, meticulous organization and maintenance of the R&D laboratory and technical equipment, and providing essential support for the technical implementation of new product ideas and customer requests. The ideal candidate will possess a relevant vocational qualification or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering, coupled with experience in organic synthesis and a strong ability to work independently within a team. This full-time, permanent position offers a 36-hour work week, flexible hours (core time 9 am - 3 pm), and the chance to directly influence experimental developments in an innovative and dynamic environment.
