Job Summary
This role at the Max Planck Institute of Biochemistry involves comprehensive administrative project management for over 30 externally funded research projects, totaling more than 40 million Euros. The Scientific Coordinator will be responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, coordinating scientific and financial reports, and managing project changes like amendments and extensions. Key duties also include supporting administrative requirements of funding bodies, maintaining the Grants Office website, and organizing events for researchers. Required Skills
Education
University degree (preferably Natural Sciences) or comparable qualification
Experience
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in managing externally funded projects in a scientific institution (ideally)

- Temporary position for two years, starting September 2025. Minimum of 29 hours/week (full-time or part-time).
