Job Summary

This critical role involves serving as the Executive Assistant to the Head of the Production and Service (PuS) Department within a major German pension insurance provider. The incumbent will be responsible for evaluating legal, factual, and procedural matters both internally and externally, developing strategic decision options for the Department Head. Key daily tasks include analyzing requirements from other departments, identifying issues, developing comprehensive solutions, and leading discussions with PuS structural units for implementation. A core function is ensuring quality assurance, optimizing workflows, establishing internal and external service improvements, and defining departmental key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with Controlling and Statistics. This position requires strong analytical skills, experience in process control, and the ability to develop strategic concepts for the organizational and strategic alignment of the department.
