Job Summary

This role involves developing, maintaining, and continuously improving the organization's Business Continuity Process (BCP) in collaboration with the Emergency Officer. The specialist acts as the central point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders involved in emergency management, aiming for a consolidated and effective system. Key responsibilities include conducting training sessions on emergency management, supporting prevention efforts, and coordinating measures related to Information Security and the Information Security Policy. Candidates must possess a degree in a relevant field like IT Security or Administrative Informatics, coupled with strong knowledge of Information Security principles and the application of BSI IT-Grundschutz standards. This position offers a stable, future-proof, and family-friendly work environment within a major German pension insurance provider, requiring a high degree of initiative and conceptual thinking.

Required Skills

Education

Accredited university degree (Bachelor/Master) in a relevant field such as Informatics, IT Security, or Administrative Informatics. Additional certification as a 'BSI IT-Grundschutz Practitioner' and 'BSI BCM Practitioner' is desirable.

Experience

  • Professional experience in Information Security and the application of BSI IT-Grundschutz and BSI standards
  • Experience in coordinating and monitoring Information Security measures
  • Experience in conducting training and preparation/follow-up activities
