Job Summary

This role involves developing and maintaining a comprehensive Business Continuity Management (BCM) process for a major German pension insurance provider. As a central point of contact, you will collaborate with internal departments, IT service providers, and external organizations to ensure consolidated emergency management. Your day-to-day tasks include designing emergency prevention strategies, conducting specialized training sessions, and monitoring information security policies in alignment with BSI standards. The position offers a high level of responsibility within the Corporate Development department, requiring a blend of strategic conceptual work and practical coordination. Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed, accredited university degree (Bachelor or Master) in a relevant field such as Computer Science, IT Security, or Administrative Informatics. Additional certifications as 'BSI IT-Grundschutz Practitioner' and 'BSI BCM Practitioner' are desirable.

Experience

  • Professional experience in information security and the application of BSI IT-Grundschutz standards
  • Experience in conceptualizing and developing Business Continuity processes
  • Experience in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and IT service providers
  • Experience in conducting and preparing emergency management training sessions
