Job Summary

This role is seeking an ambitious IT professional, either an experienced specialist or a motivated newcomer, to join a team focused on advancing technology and innovation within IT solutions. The core responsibilities include providing comprehensive 1st and potentially 2nd Level IT Support, acting as the primary point of contact for service requests, and managing incoming tickets according to ITIL guidelines. Key tasks also involve planning and implementing security infrastructure systems, such as firewalls, proxy servers, antivirus protection, and VPN solutions, alongside the technical operation and maintenance coordination of these systems. Candidates should possess a relevant IT qualification, excellent knowledge of PC hardware, communication technology, current Windows operating systems, and familiarity with ticketing/remote tools, ITIL, and networking concepts (LAN/WAN/VPN).
