Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Scientist to join Roche Diagnostics GmbH in Mannheim through a temporary employment contract with Franz & Wach. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and evaluating new test formats and platforms for Point-of-Care diagnostics, conducting experimental feasibility studies, and supporting the development of dry-chemical formulations. Collaboration with production units is key to ensuring a smooth transfer of developed products. The position requires independent organization of laboratory procedures, experimental planning, and data evaluation, including GMP documentation. Candidates should possess a strong background in natural sciences, particularly in chemistry or biotechnology, with significant experience in R&D of POC assays and familiarity with regulatory requirements.
