This permanent, full-time role involves managing the operational aspects of complex electrical and hazard detection systems within the Federal Agency for Real Estate (BImA) portfolio, based in Cottbus. The manager will conduct inventory, evaluation, and risk assessments of electrical installations and fire alarm systems, ensuring compliance with current regulations and technical standards. Day-to-day duties include creating work orders for maintenance and construction, reviewing technical documentation, advising users on system operations, and overseeing the transfer and commissioning of new electrical assets. A key responsibility is monitoring and initiating necessary testing and maintenance of electrical and technical systems (ELT). Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, possess practical experience in plant operation and commissioning, and be willing to collaborate with and potentially be appointed as a Deputy Responsible Electrical Specialist (VEFK).
