Job Summary

This role involves ensuring that complex, technologically innovative projects, specifically within the aerospace and defense sector, meet stringent quality standards and contractual requirements throughout the entire product lifecycle. The Project Quality Manager will be responsible for applying established processes, managing project-relevant Quality Management (QM) tasks to mitigate risks, and ensuring project goals are met within scope, time, and budget. Key responsibilities include creating project-specific QM documentation (such as QM plans and Process Assurance Plans), participating in product validation, verification, and system certification (civil and military aviation standards), and performing software-related quality assurance activities, including milestone acceptance. The ideal candidate must possess an engineering degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, coupled with extensive experience in Quality and Project Management, and deep knowledge of aerospace quality standards like DIN EN 9100 and RTCA/DO standards.
