As a Lead Frontend Engineer specializing in Angular, you will be instrumental in shaping the technological future of Hacon's frontend landscape. This role involves taking strategic responsibility for the conception, implementation, and secure operation of modern Angular solutions, including setting company-wide development standards and integrating AI technologies. You will serve as a technical mentor, guiding Angular development teams, fostering knowledge exchange, and collaborating closely with UX, Backend, and DevOps teams to deliver seamless user experiences for digital mobility solutions. The ideal candidate will bring over eight years of frontend development experience with a strong Angular focus, coupled with a proactive, analytical mindset and excellent communication skills. This position offers the freedom to introduce new ideas, influence technology trends, and contribute to solutions that impact millions, making public transport easier and more environmentally friendly.
