Job Summary

This role involves leading the 'Sales and Services IT' department and serving as the IT Business Partner for the Customer Services & Turnkey business units at Siemens Mobility. The successful candidate will lead a global team of 27 employees, driving their development in emerging technologies like AI, Cloud, and Data Analytics. They will be instrumental in company-wide strategic IT initiatives, contributing to IT's value proposition and proactively managing change. Responsibilities include managing the lifecycle of critical business applications such as SAP modules (SD, LE, CS, PM), MS Dynamics, and ServiceNow, from requirements to operation. As an IT Business Partner, the incumbent will be the primary IT contact for business unit CEOs/CFOs, developing IT solutions aligned with business strategy, ensuring project delivery, and fostering technological innovation.
