Job Summary

The BFI Group, an established IT service provider in Germany, is seeking an IT Specialist for System Integration in Gaggenau. This role focuses heavily on end-user support and hardware management within complex project environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing customer support for iPhone and iPad configurations and handling, installing and setting up PCs, notebooks, and various printers (multifunction and label printers), and delivering and setting up hardware according to task lists. A key part of the job involves break/fix activities and processing disturbance tickets. The ideal candidate must have a completed apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent qualification, possess strong knowledge of Apple device configuration, and be proficient with Windows 10 and 11 operating systems. Excellent German and English language skills (B2-C1 minimum) and a Class B driving license are mandatory for this position, which offers valuable professional experience and opportunities for permanent takeover by the client.
