Job Summary

This role involves the independent planning, leadership, coordination, and implementation of international product projects, specifically focusing on insecticides, crop protection agents, and biocides, from concept phase through to market launch. The Project Manager will be responsible for creating and executing project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource management, while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include coordinating closely with all internal specialist departments, managing communication with external partners and service providers, and proactively identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Agricultural Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field, possesses professional experience in project management (ideally within the crop protection/biocide sector), and demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills. Excellent proficiency in both German and English is mandatory, along with familiarity with product development cycles and project management tools. This is a responsible role within a globally active, successful mid-sized company, offered as a 2-year fixed-term contract.
