Job Summary

This role seeks a technically proficient IT Technician to support a dynamic data center environment in Frankfurt. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing precise cabling work according to specifications, handling the installation, removal, and relocation of various hardware components such as servers and network equipment from diverse manufacturers. The technician will be responsible for meticulous labeling and documentation of all work within the client’s designated tools, preparing activities, and processing support tickets. A key aspect of the role involves professionally accompanying external technicians during their work. Candidates must possess secure handling skills with IT equipment, specific knowledge of installing/removing data center hardware, and expertise in data center cabling. Fluency in both written and spoken German and very good English skills are mandatory, alongside the willingness to be on call.
