Job Summary
This role is centered on providing essential 1st and 2nd Level IT support, both remotely and on-site, for hardware and software issues within the Schwerin location. The core responsibilities include managing the ticket system—prioritizing, classifying, and meticulously documenting all incoming disturbances—performing initial error analysis, and implementing immediate solutions. The specialist will also handle the physical setup, dismantling, and relocation of hardware components, maintain accurate asset data, and contribute to the knowledge base documentation. This position requires a completed IT vocational qualification, practical experience in support roles, and proficiency with Windows 7/10 and Microsoft Office.
