This role seeks a technically proficient IT Onsite Supporter in Schwerin to manage daily IT operations and provide essential 1st and 2nd Level support. Day-to-day responsibilities include qualified incident acceptance via ticketing systems and email for both software and hardware issues, prioritizing, classifying, and documenting these disturbances. The supporter will perform error analysis and provide initial solutions through both onsite and remote support. Key tasks also involve setting up and dismantling hardware components, managing asset data, and supporting IT projects, alongside continuous optimization of operating processes.
