In this role, you will be instrumental in the ongoing development and integration of VoIP systems and Unified Communications (UC) functionalities. Key responsibilities include administering VoIP applications (SaaS) and infrastructure, developing ETL processes and integration frameworks, and overseeing the rollout and operation of softphone installations, including Microsoft MECM. You will also provide essential 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-level support, focusing on problem management for VoIP and UC.
