This leadership role involves managing the Service Management Products and Solutions area within the IT Steering department, focusing on technical sales and customer relationship management for IT services. You will ensure quality control of offers against established standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of the offering process. Key requirements include a scientific university degree (Master's or equivalent) with an IT focus or a degree in economics/administration coupled with several years of practical IT experience. The position demands strong leadership skills, expertise in IT service management (e.g., ITIL), advanced knowledge of software and operating architectures, and proficiency in technical consulting and project management. Required Skills
Education
Master's degree (or equivalent university diploma) in a scientific field with relevant IT focus, OR Master's degree in Economics or Administration coupled with demonstrable, multi-year practical experience in IT.
Experience
- Several years of practical experience and knowledge in technical design, solution conception, and operation of IT solutions
- Professional experience in technical consulting for customers and development of (individual) software
- Practical experience in communication and negotiation
- Leadership experience and gender competence required

- Occasional (sometimes multi-day) business travel required due to distributed team and customer locations.
