Job Summary

This role involves supporting the IT Procurement, Contract, and License Management division, focusing specifically on the acquisition and coordination of IT services, hardware, and software. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing formal procurement procedures, including managing call-offs from existing framework agreements (both internal and federal), and conducting negotiation awards without participation competition. A core part of the job involves utilizing EVB-IT contract templates and general terms and conditions, coordinating requirements with internal stakeholders, and contributing to procurement projects. This position requires a background in economics or administration, strong knowledge of federal procurement laws, familiarity with various EVB-IT contract types, and excellent negotiation and teamwork skills. This is a temporary, full-time position in the public sector, offering stable employment and opportunities to work across multiple German locations.
