Job Summary

This role involves serving as a key officer within the IT Steering department, focusing heavily on Information Security and Business Continuity Management (BCM). The successful candidate will act as the deputy to the Emergency Management Officer, leading the establishment and coordination of BCM frameworks, developing concepts, and defining tactical and operational regulations for BCM and crisis management. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing BCM exercises, supporting reactive crisis management, and coordinating security awareness training and sensitization measures across the organization. The position also requires supporting the Head of the Division with management functions such as personnel deployment, quality control, controlling, and budget oversight for internal and external staff, requiring strong leadership and communication skills, deep knowledge of BCM standards (especially BSI 200-4), and the ability to perform effectively under high stress.
