Job Summary

This role involves working as a Service Technician specializing in electrical systems within building technology for STRABAG Property and Facility Services (STRABAG PFS), a leading integrated real estate and industrial service provider. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing maintenance and inspections on technical building systems, troubleshooting and resolving malfunctions, and repairing technical facilities and equipment. You will also be responsible for maintaining system-related documentation and participating in on-call duty. The ideal candidate holds a completed qualification as an Electrician for Energy and Building Technology, an Industrial Electrician, or a Mechatronics Technician, and is expected to work independently with a strong customer focus. Basic PC skills for documentation and time tracking are required, along with a Class B driving license.
