Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Service Technician based in Mainz, focusing on maintaining and ensuring the functionality of building technical systems for a leading integrated property and industrial services provider. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing scheduled maintenance and inspections on building technical facilities, troubleshooting and resolving malfunctions, and undertaking repairs of technical equipment. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining system-related documentation and participating in an on-call rotation. Key qualifications include a completed technical apprenticeship in fields such as electrical, sanitary, heating, cooling, climate, or ventilation technology, coupled with relevant professional experience and a strong customer focus.
