Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Service Technician to join STRABAG PFS, a leader in integrated property and industrial services, operating across Frankfurt, Mainz, or Darmstadt. The core responsibilities involve performing maintenance, inspections, and repairs on complex building technical systems (BTA). You will be responsible for effective troubleshooting, restoring technical facilities, and maintaining accurate, system-related documentation. Candidates must possess completed vocational training in relevant technical fields such as electrical, heating, cooling, or HVAC technology, coupled with relevant professional experience. A strong focus on customer orientation, independent work, basic digital skills for documentation, and a Class B driver's license are essential. This position offers a permanent, secure contract, a 38-hour work week, 30 days of holiday, and a company vehicle provided for professional use, including the commute, making it an attractive opportunity within a major corporate environment.
