The core mission is ensuring the secure operation and continuous enhancement of SQL Server environments, delivering stable, optimized, and user-friendly Database-as-a-Service (DBaaS) solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include the administration, maintenance, and performance optimization of SQL Servers, planning infrastructure changes for efficiency, implementing security and compliance standards, and providing technical support for performance and error analysis. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, professional experience in SQL database administration, familiarity with ITIL processes, and proficiency in both German and English, contributing actively to an agile, collaborative team environment.
