Job Summary
This Specialist role, based in Penzberg, is crucial for ensuring the highest level of quality and safety for Roche Diagnostics' products by actively managing deviation and change control processes. The successful candidate will coordinate and lead interdisciplinary teams to analyze deviations (NC, OOS, CAPA, customer complaints), develop effective corrective and preventive actions, and assess the impact of changes on product quality. A core responsibility is making competent, risk-based decisions to secure the 'Right to Market' for diagnostic products. This position requires a proactive, analytical individual with a background in natural sciences, strong organizational skills, and a passion for continuous improvement within a modern quality management system. The role demands strong communication skills in both German and English to collaborate effectively across departments like QA, Production, QC, and R&D, ensuring product reliability and contributing to global patient care.
Required Skills
Education
Master's degree in Natural Sciences (e.g., Biotechnology)
Experience
- More than three years of industry experience
- Professional experience in deviation or change management (ideally)
- Initial experience in leading or taking responsibility for projects or sub-projects (a plus)
