Day-to-day tasks involve managing incidents and IMAC services (Installation, Move, Add, Change), troubleshooting hardware and software issues on client devices, and supporting end-users with mobile devices. The position requires strong client support skills, basic networking knowledge, and a service-oriented mindset. Completed IT-related training or comparable qualification
Experience

- Experience with on-call duty for network topics
