Job Summary

This role is ideal for ambitious professionals, either entry-level or experienced, looking to advance technology within the Pharma and Life Science sectors. The specialist will be responsible for managing the qualification of pharmaceutical equipment according to the Life Cycle concept, both at the Schwäbisch Hall plant and at international client sites. Key day-to-day tasks include performing qualification tests (IQ/OQ) compliant with GMP guidelines, developing installation and functional qualification processes, creating detailed test reports and documentation, and conducting operator training and instruction sessions with clients. Candidates should possess a degree in a relevant engineering or pharmaceutical field, ideally have professional experience in electrical assembly or pharma qualification, and be prepared for significant international travel (30-50%). Strong written and spoken English skills are mandatory, and familiarity with GMP standards and IQ/OQ testing is highly beneficial.
