Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT support for end-users within the State Forestry Administration of Rhineland-Palatinate, focusing specifically on client devices and peripherals. The specialist will handle first and second-level support, primarily through a service desk, analyzing and documenting requests in the ticketing system (Matrix 42). Key responsibilities include independent fault analysis and resolution, system monitoring, and managing hardware/software environments, including Microsoft Clients and Citrix Terminal Servers provisioned via SCCM. The ideal candidate must possess a background in IT system integration, excellent knowledge of Windows 11 and Office 2024, and fundamental understanding of network technology and information security.
