Job Summary

This Test Engineer role is crucial for the transformation of TRATON R&D Germany, focusing on the future of electric vehicle technology across brands like MAN and Scania. The successful candidate will be responsible for the cross-functional planning, coordination, and execution of validation activities for DC/AC charging and High Voltage (HV) battery systems. Day-to-day tasks involve developing comprehensive validation concepts, setting up and analyzing integration tests within the HV electrical system, and coordinating complex vehicle measurements, including charging infrastructure and backend systems. A key responsibility is ensuring all requirements meet testability and completeness criteria, particularly concerning the functional safety standard ISO 26262. This position requires a background in Electrical Engineering, fundamental knowledge of eMobility, and familiarity with standards like ISO 15118.
