Job Summary

This permanent, full-time role based in Dortmund seeks an experienced Product Owner to manage and advance the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, specifically ADITO, and its integration with telephony systems (currently Cisco Webex). The successful candidate will be responsible for defining product goals, ensuring mandatory, company-wide CRM usage, and driving targeted system development within a Scrum-oriented environment. Key tasks include requirements management, prioritization, sprint and release planning, and overseeing the rollout via change management initiatives, including data migration and homogenization. Candidates must possess a degree in Digitalization, IT, or Economics, coupled with practical experience in CRM systems or product management. Strong command of agile methods (Scrum/Kanban), stakeholder management, and conceptual thinking are essential.
