The KVWL, a crisis-proof employer in the healthcare sector, is seeking a dedicated Specialist in Building Technology and Technical Projects to join their Infrastructure division in Dortmund. This role is crucial for managing and maintaining the technical infrastructure that supports the organization's extensive services. Day-to-day responsibilities include the comprehensive planning, organization, and oversight of new construction and renovation projects, including resource and timeline management. The specialist will coordinate and ensure quality control for maintenance, modernization, and expansion of complex technical systems, while also independently executing repair tasks. A core function involves operating and monitoring the building automation and control systems. Candidates must possess a Master Craftsman qualification or certified Technician degree in relevant fields like Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, coupled with solid professional experience and deep technical knowledge in electrical engineering and building control systems. The position requires flexibility for shift work and participation in regular on-call services.

Required Skills

Education

Completed Master Craftsman qualification (Meister) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechatronics, or a Certified State Technician qualification.
