Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Specialist in Building Technology and Technical Projects to support the Infrastructure division in Dortmund. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of construction and renovation projects, including developing comprehensive project and time schedules, and calculating resource needs. Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating, monitoring, and quality-controlling maintenance, modernization, and expansion of technical systems, alongside independently executing repair and maintenance work. A key component of the role is operating and monitoring building automation and management systems. Candidates must hold a Master Craftsman certification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or be a certified Technician, bringing solid professional experience and deep expertise in electrical engineering and building automation. This position offers stability in the healthcare sector and requires flexibility for shift work and regular Saturday on-call duties.
