Job Summary

This senior leadership role requires taking overall responsibility for the successful planning, execution, and realization of a major SAP system transformation and rollout program. The Director will define the project strategy, scope, budget, and resources, ensuring the new SAP version (including Go-Live, data migration, and integration) aligns tightly with corporate objectives and digital strategy. Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating large, interdisciplinary teams (internal experts, external consultants), harmonizing and optimizing core business processes, and developing comprehensive change management and training strategies to ensure high user adoption. Ideal candidates must possess extensive leadership experience in SAP program management, a deep technical understanding of the SAP product landscape (specifically FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, Fiori, and Cloud integration), and a relevant Master’s degree.
