Job Summary

This role is for a passionate and results-driven Project Lead focused on driving the successful integration of Artificial Intelligence into business processes. The Project Lead will be responsible for the strategic coordination and management of AI initiatives, from initial concept through to sustainable implementation within the operating model. Key activities include identifying and prioritizing relevant AI use cases across the value chain, advising business units on AI potential, measuring initiative success, and effectively integrating new AI solutions into existing corporate structures. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in strategy development and project leadership, particularly within a complex, cross-functional environment, and possesses strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills to inspire teams and convince stakeholders of the digital transformation journey.
