Job Summary

This critical role involves leading and managing a production team of approximately 10 employees, overseeing the pilot operation and subsequent implementation of a new production facility for semiconductor manufacturing of Counting Sensors within the CT Detectors & Crystals SCM area. The manager will be responsible for the disciplinary leadership of the team, ensuring they possess diverse competencies in specialized areas like photolithographic processes and precision mechanical processing (grinding, lapping, polishing). Key responsibilities include establishing logistical processes, coordinating external maintenance firms, and acting as the central interface between R&D, process planning, logistics, and facility management. A primary focus is maintaining strict compliance with internal and external EHS regulations, managing regulatory requirements specific to medical technology, and leading quality assurance audits. The ideal candidate brings extensive leadership experience in a high-depth production environment and a strong technical background.
