Job Summary

This is a crucial leadership role as the Head of Radiopharma Production within a highly modern environment at Siemens Healthineers, directly contributing to patient care. The successful candidate will lead a team of approximately six production staff, overseeing all aspects of radiopharmaceutical manufacturing. Key responsibilities include personnel planning, creating shift schedules, developing and managing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring stringent adherence to EU and FDA Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, and managing equipment qualification. You will also be responsible for deviation clarification and maintaining GMP-compliant hygiene status. The role requires a background in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields, coupled with several years of experience in licensed pharmaceutical or radiopharmaceutical manufacturing. Excellent German and English skills are mandatory, as is the willingness to work in a dynamic setting that includes supporting production during night shifts (up to 50% of the time).
