Job Summary

This role involves actively driving the digital transformation of financial and business processes by supporting the implementation of the innovative SHERPA X ecosystem. As a Consultant, you will coordinate cross-organizational project activities, ensuring seamless information flow and providing holistic guidance to internal stakeholders from conception through post-go-live support. Key responsibilities include analyzing existing processes, identifying harmonization potential, developing standardization concepts, and documenting solutions for robust process and system integration within Sherpa X. The position requires long-term experience in project management, process optimization, and expertise in Accounting/Controlling, coupled with strong knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and Microsoft 365. This is an attractive opportunity offering significant flexibility, including 2-3 days of mobile work per week and up to 30 days of workation, allowing you to bring your whole personality to a global organization.
