Job Summary

Join Siemens Healthineers as a Test Designer and Manager, playing a crucial role in developing cutting-edge mechatronic products for the healthcare sector. This position involves creating comprehensive test concepts and plans, overseeing the entire verification testing lifecycle, and driving the digitalization of testing processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing test designs, writing test specifications, programming automated and functional test models, and coordinating external testing partners and internal personnel. You will also influence system interfaces to ensure optimal testability and identify process improvements. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering, possesses deep professional experience in testing complex mechatronic systems, and is proficient in agile test management methodologies. Excellent written and spoken German and English are mandatory for effective international collaboration. This role offers significant flexibility, including the option for up to 60% mobile work within Germany.
