Job Summary

This role requires an experienced Team Lead to manage and guide a team of 15 to 20 professionals specializing in the parameterization and commissioning of substation control technology within the East sales region. Day-to-day responsibilities include the disciplinary and technical leadership of the team, planning and coordinating resource deployment for efficient customer project execution, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met during system testing and commissioning. The successful candidate will mentor team members, support the resolution of complex technical challenges and fault diagnoses, and collaborate closely with project managers and clients to ensure smooth project flow. Key qualifications include a degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering, extensive professional experience in energy systems and control technology commissioning, and proven project leadership experience.
