Job Summary

This pivotal role involves developing, conceptualizing, and executing group-wide projects and analyses to implement and advance climate resilience requirements stemming from the KRITIS framework (Critical Infrastructure Protection Act) within the Deutsche Bahn Group. You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring guidelines to enhance the resilience level across the corporation, contributing to sustainability reporting, and integrating resilience aspects into existing management systems. A significant part of the job involves developing assessment procedures for prevention and remediation measures with KRITIS operators and representing environmental interests in various internal and external committees. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Environmental/Sustainability studies, IT, or Industrial Engineering, coupled with robust project leadership, data analysis, and analytical competencies. Success requires proactive engagement, strong networking skills, and fluent communication in both German and English, ensuring the continuous security and resilience of critical mobility infrastructure.
