Job Summary

This critical role as a Data Management Engineer is central to maintaining, expanding, and modernizing the 36,000-kilometer Berlin power grid, supporting 3.7 million customers and the city’s energy transition. Working within the System Control/Control Center Systems department, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining data models for the Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS). Daily tasks involve rigorously reviewing and updating the digital representation of the electrical network and SCADA information, coordinating closely with technical departments to integrate grid extensions and changes into the data model. You will also manage ADMS import and export interfaces to ensure high data quality and collaborate with suppliers to evaluate and resolve software errors. The position requires a university degree in Electrical Engineering and strong operational knowledge of electrical distribution networks, offering a stable, permanent career opportunity within Berlin's essential infrastructure.
