Candidates must possess a Master's degree in fields like Administrative Sciences or Economics, coupled with multi-year experience in project management, ideally leading large-scale digitalization efforts within a public administration context. Required Skills

Education

Scientific University Degree (Master/Diploma), preferably in Economics, Social Sciences, or Administrative Sciences; or specific qualifications for Higher Administrative Service (A 13hD/A 12 with readiness for advancement course)

Experience
