Job Summary

This role involves providing essential maintenance and repair services for a wide range of complex production equipment at a major electronics corporation in Munich. The Service Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing machine tools (turning, milling, grinding, eroding), measuring machines, and various industrial robots (Kuka, Yaskawa, Stäubli, ABB). A core part of the job includes analyzing root causes of failures and implementing sustainable corrective actions, alongside performing scheduled cyclical maintenance according to established plans. Ideal candidates possess a completed electrotechnical education, such as a Technician or Mechatronics qualification, coupled with several years of professional experience in servicing or maintaining machine tools or production plants. Knowledge of CNC/PLC controls (Sinumerik/Simatic) is required, along with excellent German language skills and a willingness to work shifts, Saturdays, and be on call.
