Job Summary
The BFI Group is seeking a dedicated First Level IT Supporter in Berlin to manage and resolve incoming technical inquiries via various channels including calls, emails, web tickets, and chats. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, processing, and resolving support tickets in the first line, strictly adhering to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Daily tasks involve providing essential IT support to users concerning both hardware and software environments, monitoring ticket progress, and managing administrative tasks such as password resets and user administration across different systems. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational training in IT, coupled with initial professional experience in 1st or 2nd Level Support. Strong knowledge of common operating systems, hardware, software, and experience utilizing ticketing systems are crucial for success in this role, alongside excellent written and spoken German skills.
