Job Summary

This permanent, full-time position in Frankfurt am Main seeks an IT Rollout Technician to provide dedicated 1st-Level support, primarily operating within defined Techlounges. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and processing tickets using the SNOW system, providing comprehensive hardware support for Windows Notebooks, MacBooks, iPhones, and iPads (including BYOD), and assisting with operating system-adjacent software like MS Office, Windows 10, macOS, and VDI/Citrix. The role requires issuing and retrieving loaner devices, conducting error analysis, and escalating issues to 2nd level support. Key qualifications include fundamental knowledge of Active Directory, BitLocker, VPN, Multi-Factor Authentication, and strong technical proficiency across multiple operating systems. The ideal candidate must be highly customer- and solution-oriented, reliable, and possess fluent communication skills in both German and English to support a diverse user base effectively.
