Job Summary

This role seeks an IT Service Technician for Onsite Support within the highly critical, security-relevant aviation sector in Hamburg. The primary focus is maintaining stable IT operations in a production-near environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing direct Onsite Support for users and critical hardware/software, performing installation, replacement, and imaging of hardware, and analyzing existing IT infrastructures to identify optimization potential. You will also assist with smaller IT projects, rollouts, and system adjustments, coordinating closely with internal departments for complex issues. Key qualifications include a completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or comparable professional experience, initial practical experience in IT support, and basic knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and network hardware. Success in this role requires very good German language skills (C1/C2) and passing an Aviation Security Clearance, offering the opportunity for long-term collaboration in a technically demanding environment.
