IT Rollout Technician | Rollout-Techniker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves executing the full lifecycle of IT equipment rollout and support within the Frankfurt am Main location. The technician will primarily handle tickets via the ITSM system, focusing on the installation and imaging of devices according to standard procedures, often utilizing SCCM. Daily tasks include managing user accounts and passwords in Active Directory, meticulous asset management, and the physical setup, cabling, and dismantling of workstation equipment. You will be responsible for issuing and retrieving client devices and maintaining customer-specific databases. Key qualifications include a minimum of three years of professional experience in the IT technical environment, strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Office 365, and proven experience in 1st and 2nd Level Support and customer communication. Success requires a reliable, structured, and highly service-oriented approach combined with excellent written and verbal German skills.
