Job Summary

This role seeks an R&D Hardware Developer specializing in Electronic Design to join an international technology group in Berlin. The core responsibilities involve the full lifecycle development of complex embedded systems, including component selection, dimensioning, and creating schematics that comply with strict EMC and internal design standards. You will be responsible for executing and documenting various tests (functional, integration, EMC) and closely collaborating with cross-functional teams like layout design, construction, and software development to ensure successful product release and manufacturing introduction. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and brings several years of professional experience in circuit development and PCB design. Expertise in CAD software tools like Mentor DxDesigner/Expedition, simulation tools, and robust knowledge of industrial EMC-compliant design are essential. Success in this position requires fluent communication skills in both German and English, along with proven experience working within international development teams and applying design-to-cost approaches.
