Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Product Owner focusing on New Product Introduction (NPI), device programming, testing, and firmware development within an internationally active technology group in Berlin. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing and managing programming and test-related NPI processes to minimize costs and time-to-market for new products. Key day-to-day tasks include creating and prioritizing the product backlog for firmware releases, ensuring timely implementation of NPI projects, and coordinating efficiently between development, production, and IT security teams. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Physics), multi-year experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in NPI, and a strong technical understanding of firmware and embedded systems.
